Business Visa Rules
  • Valid passport with 6 months validity.
  • Letter on company's letterhead mentioning the nature and duration of stay in poland. It should be signed by the authorized person other than the applicant itself.
  • Invitation letter from host company in poland.
  • Visa application form duly completed and signed along with the passport size photographs.
  • Copy of return ticket.
  • Applicant is required to submit a letter in which it should be clearly stated that who will going to bear the financial expenditure incurred during stay in poland. If the applicant is himself going to bear all expenses then he is needed to give copy of bank statement or any other document stating his sound financial status.
