Business Visa Rules
  • Passport with 6 months validity along with the one recent passport size photograph.
  • Fully completed and signed visa application form.
  • Letter written on company's letterhead stating the purpose of name of the applicant, job description, purpose of business visit. It should be signed by an authorized person other than the applicant itself.
  • If the trip to philippines is sponsored by the company then the applicant is required to submit the letter with reference to it. In other case, the applicant is needed to give proof of his financial stability like bank statement etc. which can clearly states that he can bear daily financial expenditure incurred during his stay in philippines.
  • Letter of invitation from the business associate or company of philippines.
