Business Visa Rules

• Fully completed visa application form signed by the applicant.
• 1 recent passport size photograph.
• Passport should be valid and must have 3 months validity from the date of entry in visa application form.
• Copy of return ticket and on the delivery of visa the actual ticket is required to be shown. If you are traveling by car then the insurance papers are needed to be shown. In case you are not the real owner of the car, then 'no objection' letter is required to be given duly signed by real owner along with the photocopy of his (real owner) passport.
• Health insurance certificate.
• Proof of your financial stability. Like bank statement (should not be older than one month), traveler cheques, copy of credit card (s) etc.
• Business letter on the company's letterhead detailing about your job position, purpose of business visit and should be duly signed by a company person other than the applicant itself.
• Original invitation from business associate, company or organization of Netherlands on letterhead.
