Business Visa Rules
  • Fully completed visa application form with the passport having 6 months validity.
  • A letter written on the company's letterhead stating the purpose of visit to ireland with the clear indication that the trip is official. It should also details who will going to bear all the financial expenses that will likely to be arise in the due course of trip. Employer should also make assurance that the applicant will return to the job after the trip.
  • An invitation letter from the business associate or company located in ireland. It should clearly detail the purpose of visit along with the date & departure and other important information.
  • If the applicant is personally bearing all expenses then he/she is needed to give the proof of the sound financial stability. Like bank statement covering last 6 months financial details would be useful in this respect.
