The fourth largest country of the south america, colombia is vested on the area which is more than twice of the france. It is characterized as latin america's oldest and most stable democracy. Situated in the northwestern south america, colomia is bounded by the venezuala and brazil from east, ecuador and peru to the south, panama by the north-west and to the west it bordered by the pacific ocean. It is bound to share its maritime borders with caribbean nations of jamaica, haiti and the dominican republic and the central american nations of honduras, nicaragua and costa rice. From the ecological point of view, colombia is counted among the 17th of most mega diverse nations in the world. After mexico, it has the second largest spanish speaking population in the world. The country is highly rich in terms of its cultural value. The unique interaction of the descendants from the original native inhabitants with the spanish colonizers and immigrants, come from the europe and the middle east, has make the nation culturally rich.

Business Visa Rules
  • Valid passport with complete visa application form along with the 3 passport size photographs.
  • Letter from the applicant's company stating the purpose, name, duration of stay along with the other requisite details. Letter should explicitly states that the company is taking the responsibility of all the financial expenses that will be incurred during the applicant stay in columbia. If the applicant is self employed then he/she should submit a letter which will detail down necessary information like purpose of visit, financial responsibly etc.
  • Letter of invitation from the colombian company inviting the applicant. It should detail down all the required information. In case the applicant staying expenses are born by the columbian company, then letter should clearly indicate this.
  • Police report with a clearly indication of whether the applicant was involved in any criminal act before or not.
