The landlocked country situated in the central africa, chad is partitioned into 3 major geographical regions-desert zone on the northern side, sahelian belt in the center most and the sudanese savanna zone on the southernmost side. From the northwest side, it is bordered by the libya, sudan to the eastern side, the central african republic from the south direction, niger to the west and cameroon & nigeria bounded the chad from the southwest. It is vested on total 1,259,200 sq km land area and 24,800 sq km water area.
