The landlocked nation, belarus is working under the political structure of presidential republic which in turns is governed by the president and the national assembly. The president is elected for the period of 5 years. Belarus has done forestation on around 40 per cent of its land area. Belarus is bordered by russia from its northern & eastern side with ukraine on the south side. Poland borders the country from west, lithuania & latvia from the northern direction. It is the place of nearly 9,685,768 people, among which the government has successfully achieved the literacy rate more than 85 per cent.

Business Visa Rules

• Passport with minimum six months of validity and having at least one blank visa page.
• Completed and signed visa application form with the passport size photographs.
• Letter of invitation obtained from the registered legal agency, company or any organization situated in belarus. It should be written on the company's letterhead with the full detail about the nature of trip, purpose of visit, duration of stay along with other requisite information.
• Applicant is needed to give onward or return ticket/ confirmed itinerary.
• For the multiple entry business visa, applicant is required to get confirmation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.
• If the expenses are incurred by the company then it is required to be submitted in written but if the person is sole proprietor or personally incurring all expenses then he/she is needed to give proof of their sound financial ability.
